Souvlaki Spot started as a weekend habit — the same skewers, the same tzatziki, the same honey-drenched loukoumades our yiayia has been making for fifty years.
Charcoal, not gas. Pita warmed on the grill. Vegetables from the laiki. We opened on Sample Street so the whole neighbourhood could pull up a chair.
